Liberty Station Conference Center

The facility is made available to public use at cost.  For our current pricing, please reference the rate schedule here.

A use is public, and therefore qualifying for the public use discount if the use is:

1. Open to  the public without qualification
2. Is nonsectarian
3. Has a general purpose of community betterment

Due to parking limitations, the entire facility can accommodate 900 people (1200 if 100 offsite parking spaces are provided by the user).  The main hall is nearly 18,000 square feet.  There are 6 breakout rooms, 4 of which can accommodate 36 people, the other 2 can accommodate 75 people.  For more detailed information, please see the floorplan  here.

Parking at the facility is limited.  Your event may not use more than 300 parking spaces.  The neighboring retail has protected some of their parking with time restrictions, and depending on the size of your event, the adjacent hotels may elect to protect parking with attendants.  It is highly recommended that you encourage your attendees to carpool to avoid parking imbalance in the lot.

We have selected several caterers for events at the Liberty Station Conference Center.  Please refer to the Selected Vendor List for pre-approved caterers.  You can view the list by clicking here.

You may have a band at your event.  Similar to all other facilities in San Diego, noise is regulated by the San Diego Noise Ordinance.

It is recommended that you arrange with a selected vendor to provide for your audio and video needs.  Please see the Vendor List here.

The main entrance to the main hall is adjacent to Oggi's by the water feature.
